ADDITIONAL COSTS
- The tourist tax is €1.90 per person per night for persons aged 15 and over.
- For stays of less than 3 nights, we charge a 20% short-term stay surcharge on the listed prices.
ONE-TIME FINAL CLEANING
- For apartments 4, 5, and 8, we charge €50.
- For apartments 1, 2, 3, and 6, we charge €60.
- For apartment 7, we charge €70.
- For the Panorama Studios, we charge €35.
CHILDREN
Children aged 4-15 receive a 20% discount if the number of people exceeds the basic occupancy.
DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION
To finalise your reservation, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total apartment price within one week of booking by bank transfer to the below account:
