ADDITIONAL COSTS
- The visitor's tax is Euro 1.90/person and night for persons aged 15 and over.
- For a stay of less than 3 nights we charge a 20% short-term surcharge on the listed prices.
ONE-TIME FINAL CLEANING
- For apartment 4, 5 and 8 we charge € 50,-
- For apartment 1, 2, 3, and 6 we charge € 60,-
- For apartment 7 we charge € 70,-
- For the Panorama Studios we charge € 35,-
CHILDREN
Children from 4-15 years receive -20% discount if the number of persons exceeds the basic occupancy.
DEPOSIT AND RESERVATION
For the final reservation we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total price of the apartment by bank transfer within one week to our account:
